Have you ever asked yourself that:

– How committed are you?
– How much are you willing to change?
– What would you like to get out of today?

In Flow/Not In Flow

Flow is the mental state you find yourself in when you are fully immersed in an activity and you feel energised, focussed and fully involved. Time disappears, you feel motivated and enthusiastic. It is impossible to feel anxious, depressed or stressed when you are in your flow.

What is Talent Dynamics?

Created by Roger James Hamilton and based on a long history of tradition and scientific research. It has been used by over 750,000 people across the globe.

It comes from a 5,000 year-old Chinese system of thinking called I-Ching. Which was developed and recorded by a series of Chinese Emperors and Teachers.

The I-Ching made it’s way to the west when Richard Wilhelm translated it and brought it to Carl Jung in 1919, whom had it published.

Talent Dynamic is a business development pathway, it starts with your individual profiles then develops to how you contribute and add value to an organisation using your talents.

We coach leaders to transform themselves and their organizations.

At its core, Leadership is all about influencing those around you by displaying your competence and gaining their trust.

We want to correct the assumption that leadership growth can be separated from personal growth because this is simply not the case.

In order to be an effective leader, you first need to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your unique strengths and abilities, as well as your reason for wanting to be a leader.

Because of this, one of the biggest focuses of our Leadership Coaching is starting from the inside out and helping you develop all aspects of a great leader so that you can lead from a well-rounded and self-aware place.

We also delve deeper into your mindset and work with you to unlock all the things holding you back from being and authentic and effective leader.

Good Leadership can be seen as a series of good choices – and it’s also a bit of a balancing act. Not only do Leaders need to consistently and consciously make the right choices – they also need to keep the balance between the needs of their organisation, their employees, and their own needs.

All of our clients are taught to lead in a way that plays to their individual strengths, rather than using a cookie-cutter formula and hoping for the best. This way, their leadership style ends up closely reflecting their own personal values, skills, and
personalities.

This is the benefit of our approach – instead of focusing solely on leadership, we work on every aspect of personal growth and fully transform our clients from within. By focusing on their personal growth first, we ensure that we build a solid foundation for the rest of their leadership growth journey.

Through meticulous research – as well as a lot of trial and error, we have managed to build up a comprehensive list of techniques and best practices which provide the best results for our clients. By using these tried and true methods, all of our clients only get the absolute best, and walk away satisfied.

Team performance management is important to the success of a company. Without it, it is difficult to determine whether a team is headed in the right direction. A project’s success is largely based on a team’s efficiency. Getting people to focus on the right things to accomplish drives good business results.

Effective team management motivates workers to take responsibility for their job performance and produce superior outputs. In most cases, a consistent demand for a quality performance yields the best results. Managing the performance of a team is a real challenge because it requires a lot of diplomacy, tact, and discipline. For instance, negative feedback should always be paired with motivation and should not be given too frequently.

A team should work in harmony – in any organization, two or more people working together harmoniously is a major factor towards achieving success. It is the duty of a leader to monitor the performance of his or her team; bring out the best among his or her subordinates; and determine the weaknesses, strengths, and potential development of each team member. Team performance management is the major key in increasing productivity within a group.

Each of the eight profiles attracts, builds and leads a team in a different way. Having a high performing team is the key to scaling any business to the next level. Building the right team, with the right people in the right place begins by using Talent Dynamics to know yourself, and then to know your team so you recruit people with the right talents that add the right value and solve the right problems easily as it’s in their flow.
